Alcor is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist to join our growing operations team. You’ll start by managing the financial side of client accounts, and as you grow, you’ll gradually take on broader client-facing responsibilities with a clear path to becoming a Customer Operations Specialist.

At the same time, our platform, Alcor OS, serves as a product for tech companies from Silicon Valley. We’ve built a Ukrainian product that serves IT companies in the US and EU. As this is the first implementation of such a concept in Ukraine, our goal is to establish a strong local presence and become the #1 EOR.

What you’ll be doing:
Prepare client-facing reports, budgets, and cost breakdowns in Excel and on our online platform to support data-driven decision-making.
Calculate salaries, taxes, benefits, working days, vacations, sick leaves, and other employment-related costs for client teams, as well as the total cost of Alcor services, to produce accurate client invoices.
Support Customer Operations Specialists in handling client requests, coordinating cross-department cooperation to resolve them.
Assist Customer Operations Specialists in representing client interests and ensuring high level service throughout the cooperation lifecycle, including: payroll administration; legal onboarding/offboarding of contractors and employees; coordinating hardware purchase and delivery; preparing financial reports and budgets; sharing IT market overviews, and other operational tasks.

Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
Able to learn quickly, this skill is important for us, as there will be a lot of new information.

Experience in positions such as Client Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or other roles focused on client collaboration will be a plus.
