Що робити
- Define and document current and target architecture, including clear solution blueprints for each programme phase.
- Own the architectural roadmap for customer data foundations and customer 360 capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, business, CRM, marketing, data, and technology stakeholders.
- Partner with data engineering and data governance teams to define the target customer data model.
- Establish clear rules around customer data ownership, mastering, governance, and system responsibilities.
Що очікуємо
- Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Customer Data Platform or similar CDP solutions.
- Proven experience designing or implementing Single Customer View, Customer 360, MDM, or customer data platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer data, customer profiling, CRM, marketing technology, and data governance.
- Experience working closely with data engineering and data governance teams.
