- Design the product architecture and select the technology stack.
- Develop the technical roadmap and plan resources.
- Manage the development team and participate in hiring.
- Evaluate third-party solutions, services, and technology providers.
- Oversee development quality, security, and technical documentation.
Що очікуємо
- Experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products is required.
- Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody solutions, liquidity providers, and trading systems.
- Experience designing secure, high-load systems.
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
