🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Payment Officer to join our Payment Operations Team and support the day-to-day management of payment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring deposits and withdrawals, investigating payment-related issues, collaborating with payment service providers (PSPs), and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient payment operations.
The primary goal of this position is to maintain the stability of payment processes, promptly resolve payment incidents, and ensure a high level of service for our users.
👤 Our criteria:
At least 1 year of experience in Payments, FinTech, Customer Support, or iGaming;
Understanding of payment systems, electronic payments, and transaction flows;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Experience working with Jira, Service Desk, or other ticketing systems;
Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets;
English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher;
Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Process requests related to deposits and withdrawals;
Investigate and resolve Missing Deposit cases;
Monitor and control payment transaction statuses;
Analyze declined, failed, or delayed payment transactions;
Communicate with payment service providers (PSPs) and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues;
Handle requests and incidents through Jira and Slack;
Monitor payment incidents and escalate issues when necessary;
Verify the accuracy of fund credits and debits;
Prepare operational reports and payment-related documentation;
Participate in the automation and optimization of payment processes.
Working Schedule
12-hour shifts from 09:00 to 21:00;
Rotating schedule: 2 working days followed by 2 days off (2/2).
Nice to Have
Experience in the iGaming industry;
Experience working directly with Payment Service Providers (PSPs);
Understanding of Chargeback, KYC, and AML processes;
Experience with cryptocurrency payments.
