Що робити
- Partner with the CEO and COO to shape business strategy and financial planning
- Provide the board with monthly and yearly financial analysis based on reporting to guide strategic direction
- Own reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation logic
- Develop dashboards and automate ongoing data analysis for real-time visibility in close collaboration with the product and engineering teams (proven experience applying solutions is a strong advantage)
- Manage legal entities across the globe (with focus on Europe and the US)
Що очікуємо
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with prior experience in a Head of Finance or CFO role
- C1+ English level
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, reporting, and strategic planning across multiple international entities
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth tech company is strongly preferred
- Proven experience of efficient managing and developing finance teams - from hiring to following personal development plans
