Що робити
- Prepare and manage licensing applications (VASP, MiCA, EMI and payment institution licenses)
- Liaise with regulators and respond to their requests
- Develop and maintain AML/KYC policies and compliance documentation
- Provide legal support for products, terms of service and client agreements
- Advise clients on regulatory, sanctions and licensing questions
Що очікуємо
- Mandatory practical experience with crypto projects and licensing
- Experience with EMI or payment institution licensing
- Knowledge of EU regulation (MiCA, AMLD) and the regimes of jurisdictions such as Lithuania, Poland, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia
- Strong client-facing skills
- Ukrainian/Russian, professional English
