- Write persuasive Email/SMS copy for cold audiences and existing players.
- Develop Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back, and VIP communication flows.
- Segment audiences and develop relevant offers and promotional campaigns.
- Launch, manage, and optimize Email/SMS campaigns.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze conversion, retention, reactivation, and revenue metrics.
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle, or Email/SMS Marketing.
- Practical experience working with both cold and existing customer databases.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write persuasive, natural English for a US audience.
- Experience with automated flows, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
