Що робити
- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies specifically for sportsbook products
- Launch campaigns focused on retention, reactivation, and cross-sell for sports bettors
- Analyse competitors’ sportsbook offers and adapt CRM mechanics accordingly
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) for sports events and promotions
- Set up triggers and automated flows based on player behaviour (bets, events, activity)
Що очікуємо
- 1,5+ year of experience in CRM or email marketing within sportsbook / betting
- Strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and player behaviour
- Experience working with Tier-1 and LATAM markets
- Experience in iGaming / betting industry
- Strong written communication skills
