We are looking for a skilled and proactive CRM Manager to strengthen our CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective multi-channel retention campaigns, building customer journeys, and maximizing player engagement, activation, and loyalty.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Create and optimize marketing communications across Email, SMS, In-App/Pop-up, and Web Push channels.

Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.

Design and maintain Customer Journeys within the CRM system.

Experience with Customer.io, Smartico, Fasttrack, or Optimove is a strong plus.

Segment players based on the RFM model and behavioral patterns.

Create tailored retention flows for different lifecycle stages.

Actively use AI tools to automate workflow, generate content, build logic, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Develop strategies for player onboarding, activation, and reactivation.

Analyze performance data and propose optimization improvements.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

1+ years of experience in CRM or Retention Marketing, preferably in iGaming or digital products.

Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and multi-channel communication.

Experience with customer segmentation and RFM analysis.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io / Smartico / Fasttrack / Optimove — a plus).

Confident use of AI tools for communication and workflow automation.

Analytical mindset and ability to work with data-driven insights.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
