Що робити

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Build and optimize RFM and behavioral player segmentation.
  • Plan, launch, and manage CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and Onsite channels.
  • Design and execute lifecycle, promotional, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Create personalized player journeys and targeted offers based on user behavior.

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook).
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with RFM and behavioral segmentation.
  • Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, Onsite).

Що пропонуємо

  • Experience with CRM automation platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, or similar.
  • Knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Understanding of VIP retention strategies.
