- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Build and optimize RFM and behavioral player segmentation.
- Plan, launch, and manage CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and Onsite channels.
- Design and execute lifecycle, promotional, and reactivation campaigns.
- Create personalized player journeys and targeted offers based on user behavior.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook).
- Strong understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with RFM and behavioral segmentation.
- Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, Onsite).
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with CRM automation platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, or similar.
- Knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Understanding of VIP retention strategies.
