Що робити

  • Provide daily support through our Customer Success channels.
  • Manage and maintain internal administration tools and dashboards.
  • Handle ticket triage, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Investigate reported issues by reproducing bugs, analyzing logs, and gathering technical details.
  • Create clear, actionable bug reports for the engineering team when issues cannot be resolved immediately.

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical operations, software engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Understanding of web technologies (APIs, HTTP requests, logs, databases).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and clearly document findings.
  • Experience with internal tooling, user account administration, or IT operations is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
