Що робити
- Provide daily support through our Customer Success channels.
- Manage and maintain internal administration tools and dashboards.
- Handle ticket triage, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Investigate reported issues by reproducing bugs, analyzing logs, and gathering technical details.
- Create clear, actionable bug reports for the engineering team when issues cannot be resolved immediately.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical operations, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Understanding of web technologies (APIs, HTTP requests, logs, databases).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and clearly document findings.
- Experience with internal tooling, user account administration, or IT operations is a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
