- Performance Analysis: Ruthlessly cut what doesn’t work and scale what generates revenue.

- 2–3+ years in performance marketing, e-commerce, or media buying.
- Experience with TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop or Western markets (US/UK).
- You haven't just "seen" a sales funnel; you have personally optimized one (CTR → CR → Average Check).
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel / Google Sheets are your best friends).
