About project
FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
What you will do:
Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application
Work closely with the Product and UA teams to identify the application’s key features and advantages, try different collaborative approaches to boost performance
Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
Conduct competitor research to analyze best practices in the market
Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other networks
Organize brainstorming sessions with the team
Write briefs for UGC, evaluate results, and make reworks to increase the results
Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
Balance creativity with performance goals
Combine strong ideation skills with structured thinking
Understand modern trends across social media platforms
Key qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a creative producer in the performance marketing (preferably in the healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness field)
Data-driven approach
Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategy and content that effectively attract users
Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Independent and willing to drive processes
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
