Що робити
- Build marketing and content strategies together with fitness coaches and creators
- Define each coach's voice, positioning and storytelling
- Take ideas from concept to finished ad: scripts, briefs, collaboration with editors, creators and UA managers
- Produce organic and paid short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Evaluate creative performance (hook rate, CTR, CPI, ROAS) and decide what to scale and what to kill
Що очікуємо
- 3–6+ years in social media marketing as a Creative Strategist
- Proven experience working directly with creators, influencers or coaches
- Hands-on experience producing organic and paid content for Instagram, TikTok and short-form video
- Willingness to be based in or travel to Paris
