- Manage and coordinate the technical side of creative operations, including file transfers, cloud storage, project organization, and workflow maintenance.
- Oversee software licenses, subscriptions, user access, and related administrative processes.
- Support and maintain internal automations and operational tools used by the Creative Marketing team.
- Coordinate asset delivery between editors, designers, marketers, and external partners.
- Track project statuses, deadlines, and team workloads to ensure efficient traffic management.

- High level of English (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
