We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager. You’ll own the full creative pipeline — from concept and copy to performance analysis and iteration. This isn’t just execution — you’ll have real strategic input on what gets made, tested, and scaled. If you combine creative instinct with analytical discipline, this one’s for you.
What you’ll do:
Develop and own creative strategy across paid social and search
Lead concept development end-to-end — briefs, copy, collaboration with designers
Run creative experiments with the paid team — test, learn, scale
Research competitors and bring fresh angles to avoid creative fatigue
Monitor performance and turn data into better, sharper creatives
You’re a fit if:
1-3 years in a creative marketing role with a portfolio that has actually performed
Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads — you know the formats and nuances
You’ve worked with $20K+ monthly ad budgets
Data-driven — you let evidence guide what gets made next
You use AI tools like Claude or Midjourney as a natural part of your workflow
B2+ English — creative output and team collaboration happen in English daily
Nice to have:
Experience with AI products
Hands-on copywriting experience
Familiarity with fintech or payments
