You don't just make creatives – you own the entire creative cycle and build a system that delivers results in global markets. We're looking for someone with a performance background who thinks in metrics, understands what works in Meta and why, and is ready to take ownership of a creative team within a few months.

Launched in 2020, it has passed all MVP testing stages and attracts a growing number of long-term users. The platform enables 24/7 communication and content sharing without compromising performance or user experience. With a focus on high-load handling, excellent UX/UI, and a unique monetization strategy, we offer a top-tier product in the market. Our global goal is to become a top 5 international social networking service, with plans to expand into Latin American and Asian markets

In this role, you will

Develop a creative marketing strategy for each traffic channel (primary – Meta, then Google, new sources) in close collaboration with the UA team

Own the full creative cycle: from concept to final production

Manage the creative team – assign tasks to designers and copywriters, give feedback, control quality and deadlines

Generate and brainstorm creative concepts, turning insights into hypotheses

Run creative testing: formulate hypotheses, read results, extract insights for the next iterations

Analyze competitors' concepts and market trends to avoid creative fatigue and find new approaches

Research user behavior and funnels, identify factors that drive performance

Build a creative testing knowledge base with structured reporting

Improve and scale creative production and testing processes together with the marketing team

It’s all about you

2+ years in performance marketing with a focus on web projects and a proven track record

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads as the primary channel — this is a must

Understand the specifics of Google Ads and ready to test new sources

Work with KPIs daily: CPA, CTR, ROI — at the level of hitting and optimizing targets, not just theory

Able to write technical briefs for designers and run creative testing

Analyze competitors and the market, turning insights into decisions

Fluent with analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

Able to manage a backlog, prioritize, and handle multiple launches in parallel

English B2+

Actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work

Would be a plus

Experience in user acquisition and a strong understanding of UA processes and strategies

Previous experience in the social networking niche

Experience hiring and managing creative marketers and designers (in-house or freelance)
