Country Office Director (Eindhoven)

Що робити

• Own the end-to-end launch of the Eindhoven office: premises search, lease and fit-out; IT and facilities; the Dutch entity’s operational presence; local vendors; building and health-and-safety compliance; and onboarding logistics for the arriving team.
• Serve as a director of the local legal entity. Own local vendor search, negotiation and management coordinating: accounting services, legal services, payroll etc. Coordinate with group functions (Finance, Legal, HR) on the entity, contracts, budget and hiring logistics for the Dutch base.
• Own the standup of the R&D lab: procure, schedule, install and commission equipment; manage contractors and suppliers to a fixed date and budget.
• Run the launch as a programme: milestones, dependencies, budget, risks and a disciplined delivery cadence; report progress to the Business Unit Head and CTO; keep both office and lab on time and on budget.
• Own procurement, supplier and contractor management for the base and lab — equipment, build works and services — from quotes and contracts through delivery, installation and acceptance.
