Що робити

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to online casino and iGaming operations;
Provide legal support for agreements with casino platform providers, game studios, software vendors, aggregators, affiliates, and other industry partners;
Handle various types of contracts, including White Label Agreements, Game Provider Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Revenue Share Agreements, NDAs, and Service Agreements;
Support intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, software licensing, IP ownership, and brand protection;
Review and negotiate IP-related contractual provisions, including licensing rights, IP assignments, confidentiality, and usage restrictions;

Degree in Law;
3+ years of legal experience, including at least 1–2 years of practical experience in the iGaming / Online Casino industry;
Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law, with hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international agreements;
Practical experience working with contracts specific to online casino operations, including agreements with game providers, casino platforms, software vendors, or affiliates;
Good knowledge of intellectual property (IP) law, including trademarks, copyrights, software licensing, and IP protection;

Experience working for an online casino operator, iGaming platform provider, game development company, or White Label casino business;
Knowledge of gambling regulations and licensing requirements in international jurisdictions;
Experience with jurisdictions such as Malta, Curaçao, Cyprus, the UK, or other iGaming markets;
Experience with trademark registration, IP portfolio management, and brand protection;
Understanding of payment processing, PSP agreements, and compliance requirements within the iGaming industry;
