- Write copy for CRM communications: email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram).
- Prepare multiple copy variations for A/B testing, including subject lines, CTAs, and offer framing.
- Create copy for promotions, tournaments, bonus offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- On-Site Content

- You will write the texts players see every day: CRM communications, promo pages, banners, game descriptions, and on-site content. You will also ensure that content is published, maintained, and kept up to date.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with Customer.io or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of Liquid and HTML for email templates.
- SEO copywriting experience.
- Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency while maintaining content quality.
- Experience writing or editing Responsible Gaming and legal content.
