Conversational AI Specialist

• To be fluent in Polish (native or near-native) and English, both written and spoken;
• Experience with AI chatbot or virtual assistant platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, or similar conversational AI tools) is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset for identifying and resolving inconsistencies in AI responses;
• Comfortable working with basic structured data formats (e.g., reading simple JSON-like data) — full training will be provided;
• Experience using project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus;
