Що робити
- Review and edit IT and commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, and others.
- Help prepare and update privacy policies, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Advise the team on day-to-day legal questions, including privacy, content, usage policies, and third-party materials.
- Assess legal and business risks and suggest practical solutions.
- Communicate directly with clients on legal matters, explain our position, and find a balance between client needs and our risks.
