- Work closely with CEO, Marketing & Operations Project Manager, and leadership to extract expertise and transform it into market-ready narratives.
- Facilitate collection of information for:
- technical case studies

- Marketing & Content Background
- 2+ years in Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, PR, Communications, or similar roles.
- Experience coordinating content production and multi-channel distribution.
- Understanding of B2B marketing processes.
- Strong written communication skills.

- Experience in ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, or B2B tech services.
- Experience working with case studies and technical storytelling.
- Basic understanding of software development or digital commerce.
- Experience supporting events or partnership activities.
