About the role
We are looking for a Content Manager to build and improve the content systems behind our AI-powered digital experts in fashion, beauty, skincare, makeup, and longevity.
This role combines content strategy, user research, analytics, and AI tools. You will define what our experts know, how they communicate, and how they guide users through personalized conversations and engaging in-app content.
What you’ll be doing
Research user needs, trends, and content opportunities across fashion, beauty, skincare, and wellness.
Create and optimize knowledge bases, content frameworks, and communication guidelines for digital experts.
Analyze behavioral data to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with domain experts, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality content experiences.
Design content formats for AI0experts in-app content.
Use AI tools to create, test, and scale content efficiently.
What you’ll need
Experience in content strategy / content production / editorial work / SMM, or a related field.
Strong expertise or interest in fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle content.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Ability to structure complex information into clear frameworks, systems, and user journeys.
Experience working with digital products, mobile apps, or online platforms.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience with AI tools or a strong willingness to integrate them into daily work.
