- Design and run tests — from simulation through to real hardware in the field
- Integrate software components with hardware platforms

- Experience with thermal or depth cameras
- Object detection / segmentation and custom training pipelines
- Experience with simulation environments (Webots, Gazebo, AirSim, or equivalent)
- Background working with UGV or UAV platforms
- Experience in defense or dual-use robotics
