🚀 We're Hiring: Computational Software Engineer
We're building an AI-native platform that redefines how homes are designed and built — from concept to construction. Not layering AI onto existing workflows — rebuilding the system from first principles using generative models, agentic orchestration, and computational geometry.
What you'll work on:
→ Build the computational core of an AI design and construction platform
→ Develop systems that transform architectural designs into buildable, fabrication-ready structures — structural assemblies, construction details, engineering outputs
→ Design AI agents that reason through design requirements, engineering constraints, code compliance, and optimization decisions
→ Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and software teams
→ Help define the long-term technical architecture of a platform that automates significant portions of the design and construction process
You're the right fit if you have:
✅ Strong software engineering background — complex systems, algorithms, production software
✅ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
✅ Strong Python experience
✅ Deep understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and system design
✅ Experience with AI systems, LLMs, agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, or ML applications
✅ Ability to solve hard problems from first principles with a high degree of ownership
✅ Appreciation for clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Bonus points if you have:
⭐ Experience with structural engineering, CAD, BIM, computational design, or construction technology
