Що робити
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts (MSAs, order forms, amendments) and summarize redlines for the commercial team
- Prepare DPAs and data-transfer agreements, and support GDPR and US privacy compliance
- Complete client security and vendor-risk questionnaires, and maintain policies in Vanta
- Draft NDAs and contractor, consultant, and advisor agreements
- Prepare corporate documents (consents, certificates) and keep the data room and cap-table records up to date
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of in-house or law-firm experience with international tech or SaaS contracts
- Strong English (C1+) and able to independently review and redline documents governed by US law
- Working knowledge of GDPR & US privacy laws (CCPA/CRPA & biometric); familiarity with Delaware corporate basics is a plus
- Experience with AI companies or AI-related legal issues (training data rights, biometric data, EU AI Act)
- Uses AI tools in daily legal work (contract review, drafting, research)
