Що робити
- Review and approve all client onboarding applications in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding and verification workflows for individual and corporate clients.
- Ensure that client verification procedures are consistent, documented, and aligned with internal compliance standards.
- Maintain and regularly update the manual Management Information System (MIS) for approved onboarding applications, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update onboarding-related policies, procedures, manuals, and internal documentation.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in compliance, client onboarding, KYC/CDD, AML, or a related role within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or the digital assets industry.
- Good understanding of client onboarding procedures, identity verification, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Understanding of AML/CFT principles and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to financial services.
- Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC desks, digital asset platforms, or virtual asset service providers (VASPs).
- Experience reviewing client applications and supporting documentation for both individual and corporate clients.
