• Engage with truck drivers through meaningful conversations, answer questions, and represent the brand authentically.
• Manage daily community interactions across Trucker Guide's social media channels, including responding to comments and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Monitor industry discussions to identify trends, driver pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
• Publish scheduled content and ensure active community engagement after each post.
