- Manage 20+ sending accounts and up to ~2,000 emails per day

- Experience with Apollo, Clay, Hunter, Snov.io, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales workflows
- Understanding of email warm-up and basic domain authentication principles
- Experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, recruitment research, or email marketing
- Knowledge of Google search operators and other contact research techniques
