• Solid experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Business Development Manager in an IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or software services company;
• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts, building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, and leading commercial negotiations;
• Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in upselling, renewals, revenue growth, profitability, and identifying new business opportunities;
• Experience in business development and pre-sales, including client discovery, proposals, estimates, presentations, and negotiations;
• Ability to develop and improve service offerings based on client needs and business opportunities;
