- 6–10 years of experience in IT, preferably in IT services or software development.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
