Що очікуємо
- Proven experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director or Technical Lead.
- Commercial experience in Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, or DeFi products is required.
- Strong software engineering background with modern backend technologies.
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, or similar.
