- Develop and execute a unified revenue strategy across our products.
- Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Lead and optimize B2B sales processes, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
- Drive customer growth through cross-selling, upselling, and improved customer lifetime value.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (CRO, CCO, VP of Sales, Commercial Director, Head of Revenue, or similar).
- Strong background in B2B sales and revenue growth, preferably within FinTech, AdTech, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and building high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- English at B2+ level.
