Що робити

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring effective collaboration across departments and high execution standards.
Own and continuously improve product and engineering delivery, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases aligned with business goals, roadmaps, and SLAs.
Translate strategy into structured execution plans and drive consistent delivery across teams.
Act as a key operational partner to the CEO, bridging strategy and execution.
Partner with the C-level to support commercial growth through operational scalability and delivery reliability.

Що очікуємо

Proven experience in a COO role or another senior leadership position within product technology companies.
Strong expertise in delivery and execution within product and engineering functions.
Experience in scaling organizations and building structured, efficient operations.
Solid expertise in operational management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing complex cross-functional teams in companies with 200+ employees.
