- Funnel & Growth: Optimize the end-to-end lead generation funnel and work with the marketing team to improve conversion and profitability.
- Lead Supply & Partnerships: Manage lead suppliers and traffic partners, improve lead quality and develop scalable commercial models.
- Operations & Analytics: Build efficient operating processes, management reporting, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Technology & Automation: Improve CRM, analytics and lead distribution infrastructure to increase efficiency and data transparency.
