Core BU is a fundamental group of service departments that helps to manage smooth and seamless work of all other business units, departments and teams, being a glue that holds us together.
Your future team of professionals
You will join the IT Department, which brings together the Head of IT, a Technical Lead, three System Administrators, a DevOps Engineer, and a Security Engineer to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure.
Your future challenges
The System Administrator is responsible for the stable operation of Devart’s user and test IT environments, ensuring reliable support for employees, infrastructure, and internal IT processes. The role combines operational support, workstation administration, and responsibility for executing and coordinating multi-level onboarding and offboarding processes, including access and equipment management.
Working within a product-focused company environment, the specialist supports the preparation and maintenance of test environments for internal teams, ensures the proper operation of various operating systems and software, and performs initial diagnostics of infrastructure-related issues.
The position involves close collaboration with the IT team and business units, participation in internal IT projects, and a gradual expansion of responsibilities as technical expertise grows.
Impact you will make
IT Support & HelpDesk (L1–L2):
Handling user requests, diagnosing issues, and resolving incidents.
Escalating complex issues and tracking their resolution.
Providing user support in accordance with SLA requirements.
Identity & Endpoint Administration:
Managing users and access rights in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Full administration of Windows workstations, with additional support for macOS and Linux.
Virtualization & Test Environments:
Working with local and server-side virtualization.
Preparing and providing test environments for internal product teams.
Configuring various OS and software setups for product testing.
Monitoring & Infrastructure:
Participating in infrastructure and environment monitoring.
Performing initial issue diagnostics and collaborating with relevant specialists.
IT Assets & Internal Projects:
Maintaining IT asset inventory and managing the equipment lifecycle.
Procuring, preparing, and distributing hardware.
Participating in internal IT projects and process improvement initiatives.
Skills we are looking for
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator / HelpDesk (L1.5–L2).
Strong Windows administration skills, with confident support of user and test environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
Required experience with virtualization, both local (desktop) and server-side.
