- Experience: Proven track record in a similar executive leadership role within the defense sector (MilTech, DefTech, or related manufacturing).
- Business Development: Solid experience in building teams and commercial processes from scratch.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the goods and components market within the MilTech / DefTech industry.
- Operations: Experience in Foreign Economic Activity (FEA/Import-Export operations).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, systems thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
