Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features programs that ensure player interactions with iGaming platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.

Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.

Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring strong client relationships.

The Trueplay CCO would be focused on building strong client relationships, increasing sales and revenue, guiding commercial strategies, and ensuring compliance while leading and developing a high-performing team. Their role is crucial in achieving growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

It is important for us that you have:

Education and Experience:

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial or sales roles, preferably within the gambling, gaming, or tech industries

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing commercial teams

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gambling industry, including market trends, regulations, and key competitors

Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales skills and the ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies that align with company goals

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients and represent the company

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and competitive activities to make data-driven decisions

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships

Technical and Regulatory Skills:

Compliance Familiarity: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the gambling industry

Tech Savvy: Knowledge of relevant technology platforms, software solutions, and tools used in B2B sales

Personal Qualities:

Result-oriented: Demonstrated drive to achieve results and exceed targets

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices

Networking and Representation:

Networking Ability: Strong network within the industry and proven ability to establish valuable partnerships

Public Speaking: Being comfortable speaking at industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent and promote the company

You will be responsible for:

Developing and Executing Commercial Strategies:

Designing and implementing a commercial strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on growth and market expansion

Identifying new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and revenue generation

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Overseeing the sales team, setting goals, strategies, and targets to drive revenue growth

Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term
