Що робити
- Build department operations from scratch (selecting tools, client workflows, knowledge base);
- Make calls during the launch phase to test databases, refine scripts, and set sales standards;
- Hire, interview, and onboard sales agents to build a high-performing team (10+ people);
- Manage daily operations, conduct 1:1s, monitor KPIs, QA, and scale the department;
- Write and continuously optimize English sales scripts to maximize conversion rates.
