- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundant activities, and root causes of operational issues.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, workflows, and documentation.
- Develop and improve KPIs, SLAs, and other performance metrics to measure operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, system integrations, and the development of internal tools.
Що очікуємо
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Understanding of business process modeling methodologies, such as BPMN or UML.
- Experience with business requirements analysis, process mapping, workflow design, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
