• Experience independently identifying and acquiring new clients;
• Understanding of the full sales cycle and experience closing deals;
• Practical experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and working with international clients;
• Experience selling IT services, software development, outstaffing/staff augmentation, or other B2B IT solutions would be a major plus;
