Business Development Manager (Middle / Senior) iGaming CPA Network

Identify and acquire direct advertisers, casino operators, and iGaming products for the CPA network.
Establish relationships with decision-makers and manage the entire B2B sales cycle.
Build and expand a portfolio of direct advertisers and competitive iGaming offers.
Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements, including rates, caps, conversion qualification criteria, holds, and payment terms.
Identify the affiliate team's demand for specific GEOs, traffic sources, and products.

2+ years of relevant Business Development, B2B Sales, or Advertiser Management experience in iGaming for Middle-level candidates; 3+ years for Senior-level candidates.
Mandatory hands-on experience working on the CPA network or media buying side, personally sourcing and onboarding direct advertisers, casino operators, or iGaming products.
Proven experience managing the full advertiser acquisition cycle: prospecting, negotiations, commercial agreements, integration, launch, and account development.
Strong understanding of CPA network economics, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTD, approval rates, caps, holds, and reconciliation.
Strong B2B sales capabilities, including reaching decision-makers, identifying business needs, handling objections, and closing deals.

An established professional network of direct iGaming advertisers and casino operators.
Proven success in acquiring and launching new advertisers or products.
Experience negotiating exclusive offers, increasing caps, and improving CPA rates.
Understanding of different acquisition channels, including media buying and SEO.
For Senior candidates: experience managing strategic accounts, closing complex deals, and improving business development processes.
