Що робити

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract
  • Work with qualified opportunities received through Upwork
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify clients’ business needs and project requirements
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
  • Experience working with Upwork
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure
  • Understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing business models
  • Experience participating in technical pre-sales
