- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood and properly implemented
- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
- Support prioritization of the product backlog and help define acceptance criteria
Що очікуємо
- Must-have
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in B2C products
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, user stories, and process modeling
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
