Що робити
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into Odoo solutions;
- Prepare discovery and functional documentation, estimates and project plans;
- Coordinate developers, QA and client stakeholders through delivery;
- Manage scope, schedule, risks and client communication;
- Run UAT, end-user training and go-live/hypercare support.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience, including recent v18/19 projects;
- Deep expertise in at least two of: Sales/CRM, Inventory/Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing; working knowledge of the rest;
- Proven experience running discovery and producing BRDs, functional specs, process flows (BPMN) and gap analyses;
- Hands-on configuration skills (incl. Studio), and an understanding of Odoo data models sufficient to brief developers;
- Experience with estimation/WBS, scope control and change requests;
