- Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business workflows to uncover automation opportunities
- Facilitate design sessions and requirement-gathering workshops that bring together business stakeholders and technical squads
- Define objective User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and validate that delivered AI models meet performance targets

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, with strong knowledge of insurance products, workflows, and legacy business rules
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured functional requirements and user stories
- Strong process mapping and workflow optimization skills (e.g., BPMN or equivalent methodologies)
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops between business and technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of UAT design and validation, including defining acceptance criteria for AI/ML-driven solutions
