Що робити
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and clarify business needs.
- Analyze and document business processes, rules, roles, permissions, statuses, and edge cases.
- Create user stories, use cases, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Build process diagrams using BPMN, flowcharts, and state diagrams.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and work with Figma designs.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in EdTech or LMS products.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Understanding of multi-tenancy, roles, permissions, and feature configuration.
- Experience with UX analysis or Customer Journey Mapping.
