- ✅ At least 2 years of hands-on Amazon experience, preferably 3+ years.
- ✅ Experience with Amazon US and independently managing an Amazon business.
- ✅ Demonstrated results in growing sales and improving profitability.
- ✅ A comprehensive understanding of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, listing optimization, analytics, pricing, and inventory management.
- ✅ Understanding of P&L and unit economics, with the ability to calculate profitability accounting for advertising spend, fees, logistics, and storage costs.
