- Monitor, analyze, and report on key billing and support performance indicators and emerging trends.
- Prioritize tasks based on business value and potential impact while balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of billing changes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data quality, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in a similar analytics role, ideally as a Data Analyst within billing, fintech, subscription products, billing, or customer support.
- Solid understanding of billing principles and payment systems, or a proven ability to quickly master new, complex domains.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to present analysis results in a clear and compelling manner.
